Meet the team members who make Victoria Park Vets a family friendly practice
Archie is one of the Directors here at Victoria Park Vets. He has a keen interest in medicine and really enjoys consulting and he loves chatting to the clients. At home, Archie loves to support his Scottish football team, ‘Rangers’ and also coaches the local Warrington Under 9s Rugby Union team. If he’s not watching sports or playing them, you’ll find Archie on long dog walks with his Labrador, Dottie.
Sarah is one of the Directors here at Victoria Park Vets. She has a keen interest in surgery and gained her ‘Certificate in Small Animal Surgery’ alongside her degree. Sarah has a special interest in cruciate surgery and Brachiocephalic airway surgery. When she’s not in work, you’ll find her running around after her 3 children who keep her very busy! On the rare occasion she has spare time, Sarah enjoys running and paddle boarding.
Emily is the newest Veterinary Surgeon to join our growing team here at Victoria Park Vets. Emily loves exotics and keeps invertebrates such as spiders, stick insects and praying mantises. Emily is even on the committee for the invertebrate society and says “bugs need vets too”. Emily has a crested Gecko named Tofu who we can’t wait to meet and in her spare time she loves roller derby and gaming on her PC or PlayStation.
Ashleigh is our ‘Head of Client Services’ and marketing queen! She’s the brains behind our brilliant Social Media posts and when she’s not behind a computer, you’ll find Ashleigh doing arts and crafts with her daughter, Raven or designing her next tattoo. She has; two full half-sleeves, her chest, collar bones, full back and hands tattooed!
Kristy is our ‘Head Registered Veterinary Nurse’ who has a keen interest in orthopaedic operations and any complex surgeries. In Kristy’s spare time she loves to dance and helps to train the Krystalaires Morris Dancing troop. If she’s not working, dancing or at her caravan in Wales, you’ll find Kristy in Disney World.
Jennifer is our ‘Registered Veterinary Nurse’ who has a keen interest in anaesthetic and inpatient care and wellbeing. When Jen isn’t working, you’ll find her helping out at her local skating rink as she is amazing at skating and a great teacher. She also enjoys walking her Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever named Harvey.
Jade qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse over a year ago and lives locally to our practice. She has 2 cats named Gypsy and Willow and loves playing video games and reading in her spare time. Jade was born and bred in Blackpool and has a degree in drama & theatre and we’re so pleased to have her as part of our growing team.
Grace is our ‘Client & Veterinary Care Assistant’ so you’ll find her working on reception and helping in the back . Grace loves walking her two dogs, Mabel and Hugo and enjoys cuddling on the couch with her 5 Guinea Pigs. Grace also enjoys travelling and has recently visited Vegas, Mexico, Spain and Greece.
Leah is our Client Care Assistant, she has completed the gold BVRA award making her an accredited Veterinary Receptionist. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her Staffy X Luna and her Scottish Fold cat Hamish. She also loves gaming, watching anime and keeping active by practising yoga and pilates.
